Keys are spent on hints, lenses, relaxed mode and skips. If a purchase was charged but never arrived, force-quit and reopen the game once — unfinished purchases are picked up at launch. If it still hasn't appeared, mail us with the date and the amount and we will sort it out.
Keys are consumable: they are spent, like coins. There is nothing to restore, and Apple's rules only require the button for purchases you keep. Everything else in Kinzume is free, so there is nothing to unlock a second time.
Every level ships with a proven solution, so it is always solvable from the start. If a move leaves the tray unsolvable, the game says so and offers to step back. A hint shows the next move of a real solution; the first one in each world is free.
